Has anyone sold silver or gold lately?

I remember when gold prices were high and alot of people sold their gold,but was wondering since silver prices have went up (not sure how much) has anyone sold their silver or gold? If so,what did you sell and how much did you get? Haven't seen a post about this topic lately.

Got $39 for a small gold inlay (dental gold) last week.

I got $60+ for a men's 10k wedding band a couple weeks ago. A week or so before that, I got $380+ for a pile of mostly junk jewelry. I don't know what is high or low for gold, I just know I needed some cash.
