Has Anyone Sold Real Estate on eBay?

My DH and I have a timeshare and a piece of land that we are looking to sell. Ebay has come to mind several times. Has anyone ever sold real estate on eBay? If so, can you explain the process? We have sold several items on eBay, but not real estate.
