I have not used the new FP+ system yet, nor am I a "planner" type. That being said, I would rather be able to book only 2 FP's in advance, then grab new FP's in a similar fashion to the old system on a first come, first serve basis one at a time. Disney could do this by making only 50% of the day's FP's available in advance and releasing the rest when the park opens. For example, for the time frame of 13:00-14:00 at Space Mountain, Disney has approximately 100 FP's available. They release 50 in advance and allow 50 more to be booked that day. Those numbers may not be accurate, but I think you get the idea. I highly doubt Disney will do it this way, but I think it would allow people to "vacation" again and go with the flow. This would also allow park hoppers to set up FP's in MK for the evening in advance, and head to, say, DHS in the morning and still grab some FP's in both parks. But then again, who am I and what do I know?
