Has anyone seen "The Descent"?

I have plans to see it tommorow night with some people from work. I hate horror and gore but I like these people so I am willing to give it a go...just wondering how bad it is! I saw a few bits of it on Sunday...anyone seen it yet?? I'm already shaking and I haven't even seen it!
