I got one last month headlining Expedition Everest.

However, funny enough, the previous year I did not get one at all, only to find out they had my name and address wrong, which is odd since it's all correct on my AP.

You go to the Disney World website and the passholder section and typoe in your pass number. You can only get it if you have an annual pass.
