Has anyone NOT decorated their tree yet?

My DH and I bought our tree a week ago and we still have yet to decorate it. We've just been busy with work and household chores that we haven't had the time. I really want to do it tonight though. How about you?

We just did it today. Eldest son's birthday is Dec. 16 so we never ever put up the tree earlier that his birthday.... and Eldest Dtr's bday is Dec 30.. so the tree is down by her birthday.... 2 weeks is long enough for us.

We still haven't gotten our tree. We'll probably get one tomorrow night. I'll decorate it sometime during the week. I have had no time this month.

We finally decorated our tree yesterday - it had been up in the stand and in our house for 2 weeks! DH wanted to do a "minimalist" tree this year (lights and garland only) and he almost got his wish!

We've had a crazy holiday season - my dad had a heart attack the day after we got our tree and was in the hospital for a week, I'm in my best friend's wedding the Saturday after Christmas so we've had the shower, dress fittings, and bachelorette party, and we've had 5 Christmas parties (work & personal) to attend.

Our tree is up!!!

We are going to get the lights and garland on it sometime this week...but we decided this morning that we are going to get some new ornaments this weekend and decorate on Christmas Eve.

We are lucky, though...if we wanted to leave the thing up 'til July we could!!

No, we don't even have a tree. Not one Xmas decoration, up. We do have a pink Poinsetta, I bought from a fund-raiser.

I don't know if we will have a tree....our big screen Tv that quit over 1 year ago, is sitting the in the TREE spot, and my DH doesn't want to move it , so I am thinking about putting some lights and the angle on the tV and calling it out Xmas TV! HA HA!

Yes and my kids have until tonight to clean up the stuff I told them to and if they don't there will be no presents for them and they know that. I'm tired of picking up their junk.
