I'm trying to get my friends picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel (Swan). I looked at Mears online and was looking at the shuttle van (not bus) that they have. Has anyone used Mears for a shuttle van before? We're going to be tight on time, so I need something reliable. Are reservations made online reliable? Or is it better to call? I just need a one way transfer from airport to hotel. Don't want to use the Mears bus - need them to be at the Swan at specific times.
