I'm going to ask about the Zofran and also get the sedative pill just in case. If she throws up even with the Zofran, I'm guessing that she's stressing herself into getting sick. In that case, she'll need the sedative.

I've taken it before for bad migraine nausea, and it did seem to work well with few side effects. What stinks about it is that it's in pill form. Sometimes you just feel too sick to swallow a pill when you have a migraine!
