Has anyone gotten vaccinations before cruising?

Got to thinking the other night (after seeing a commercial on TV), should we get vaccinated for Hepatitis A&B before taking our cruise?
Has anyone done this?

I travel world wide with my job and have had many vaccinations for some really bizarre things, taken Malaria tablets, etc, but had no concern about getting vaccinated nor have any of my family get vaccinated for the Caribbean cruises.

Depends where you are going. You should always check out the CDC's website for recommendations on the countries you are visiting. Then, check with your doctor to see what he recommends.
