We've used a couple different towncar services on our trips. We've been happy with them both. But, I saw this on a different thread and was curious. It's appealing because of the picture by the entrance.

Yes! They are Murray Hill Transportation. We used them last year and will be using them again this year. Marie is very quick to respond to questions and the driver was great.

Have you used other companies? Why would you get them over anyone else, if you don't mind me asking. Thanks.

They were good; not great, not bad. Our primary goal is to get from the airport to WDW and that happened with no problems. In the past, we had used Atlantis and Cartier and both were good.
As far as the photo stop, I believe Disney has made it unlawful for cars to stop there for photos now but I'm not sure.

I just booked them last night for our trip for March 23-27.
I asked for the car seat, grocery stop & the entrace picture!
I hope they are good.
I will post how they were when I return.

As Mijo said, they were just "okay", not great. Had problems finding our driver in the baggage claim, and then on the return trip, the driver was late picking us up. Don't get me wrong, we still made it to the airport in plenty of time, but another family that was waiting for their driver at the same time as us was still at WL when we left, but when we arrived at the airport they had arrived before us and all ready checked their luggage and were headed to the gate! I don't know what route our driver took, but it must've been the long way around. :hourglass I don't think we'll be using them again.l

We have always used Murray Hill for our town car service. We have been extremely satisfied with them. They are more than accomodating and always willing make an extra effort for you. Last year I ended up in the hospital due to a kidney stone attack. This was on the same day we were to fly out. We did not know if I would be staying the night at the hospital or not. When DH called and explained to them about our sitation they were so understanding and willing to help out anyway they could. They had their driver pick us up at the hospital and he took us to a pharmacy to get my medication. This was way out of thier way. They never charged us anything extra. The driver also helped us once we got to the airport with check in as I was in a wheelchair (due to medication). He spent approx. 3 hours with us from the time he picked us up at the hospital. I cant say enough about Murray Hill. Not every company can have a crew of perfect drivers. What makes a company is the people who you deal with at the other end of the phone.

We used them last May. No real problems to speak of, but also not exemplary service. The thing I don't like about them is that they contract out to other drivers. For my money, we'll be using Quicksilver again. We used them in December and have used them other times in the past and have ALWAYS been more than satisfied. We tried Murray Hill because it was cheaper, now we know why. For just a few dollars more, I'd prefer to use Quicksilver and ensure a great, comfortable, and superior transfer.

We are leaving for Disney on 3/5 and I just booked Murray Hill for 2 reasons. 1)Mears is great but I don't want to wait around for 45 minutes or more with 3 young children for a shuttle. 2) The Grocery Store stop is a MUST! I am a nervous wreck that we will be sorry that we booked them i.e., we will get left at the airport and have to take taxi's or end up waiting for a shuttle. Anyone with experience with this company please let me know what you all think about our choice. e-mail me @ twinmomndad@yahoo.com ::MickeyMo
