Has anyone ever tried the one on one Personal Training?

Although I dont know actual cost, I can assure you that one session with onboard personal trainer = about 3 months of membership at a national chain club (Bally's et al)

Stepharoonie, enjoy your vacation. If you do gain a few pounds don't worry. It will come off easily once your back home and back to your regular eating habits.
As for a personal trainer, if it's only going to be a one time thing save your money and buy workout tapes or DVD's once you get home. There's alot of great video trainers available Denise Austin and Richard Simmons to name a couple.
If your little gym at home has a machine for Cardio and some weights, you've really got all you need.
60 lbs WOW! You go girl!!! Keep movin and losen.

I actually use a personal trainer on a regular basis. He charges $15/hr. I think the trainer on the ship charges $65. On our last cruise I never even went to check out the workout room. We just always used the stairs (I'd race the kids up and down!). I ended up gaining back about 6 pounds - which wasn't much considering how much we ate!

IMHO - I think you'd be better off to look for a trainer at home. Or spend your $65 on a months membership to a local club.

Besides - your on VACATION! Have a great time and don't worry about it!
