Has anyone ever traded contracts?

Just wondered if anyone ever traded a contract...for example....If someone has 150 pts at BVC,,,and another person has 150 at BWV.....and they both want to switch,,,has it ever been done? Just curious thanks Mae


p.s. Iknow that someone probably has to pay the closing, probably they would split the cost, if a swap is allowed, that is.

I don't see why that couldn't be done. There would likely be two closings- as there are two contracts- and both would need to be recorded with the county.

The tricky part would be finding the willing participants!
