Has anyone ever returned their tickets from Undercover Tourist?

We are about to purchase Sea World tickets on Undercover Tourist. What I've never noticed before is that they actually have a return policy (95% refund) on unused tickets. Has anyone ever done this, and how did it work out? I think it's an awesome deal- we will be in Disney for 10 days and plan on doing SW one day, but buying tickets ahead of time always makes me nervous with the possibility of plans or situations changing, so the return policy would be an awesome reassurance.

We returned 10 day non-exp tickets a few years ago with no problems at all. We sent them by FedEx because of their high value and Undercover Tourist credited our account within 7 days of receiving them back.

Did you already order the tickets?
If not let me explain and this might help.

When they mail the tickets, they are heat-sealed in plastic so that each ticket is in its own little pocket, like an old-school photo album but sealed so you can't just slide it out and put it back. You have to cut the pouch to get it out.

It states very clearly in all of their packaging that once you take them out of their seal, they cannot be returned. Also, even if you keep them in the sealed plastic but still link them to your DME account, they are no longer returnable.

So if you'd like to buy but want the assurance that you can still return them in the future, just be sure to keep them in their clear plastic pouches and refrain from linking to your account.

I last bought tickets from them in Nov and IIRC these were their stipulations. They may have changed since then so be sure to read everything! :thumbsup2

ETA: I'm sorry, I just re-read your post. It's the SW tickets you'd like to possible return if plans change. I think that's a great idea. I've never bought SW tickets from UCT but I imagine they come heat-sealed too. I would email to ask before buying just to be on the safe side. Then you also have it in writing. ;)

Thank you both! Very helpful.

The SW tickets we are looking at are the online only E-tickets, so they would be delivered electronically.

I'm not sure how much you're paying for your tickets, but Sea World has their annual passes on for buy one get one free. That works out to $156 for 2 people. You also get free parking, and 10% off food and merchandise. Even if you go for one day a year it might be worth it for 2 of you to have the discount.

Thanks for the info!

We are actually getting them at $69 for the weekday tickets. That AP deal sounds like a nice one though! We won't be driving there so don't need the parking, but if we had a Sea World anywhere near us, I would totally do that deal!
