has anyone ever rented a 12 or 15 passenger van?

12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids) going on DCL in Feb. with two day pre-stay off-site. I have two 7-passenger mini-vans reserved picking up from MCO and dropping off at Cape Can. I'd rather do one van, but I'm concerned with how much the full size vans hold. The children are all 10 and under. All adults are average sized. I'm sure we'll have about 9 bags of luggage. Has anyone ever done this? Also, when I tried to reserve a 15 passenger van with drop-off at Cape Can. (via National) it wouldn't let me do it. I'm trying to be as thrifty as possible with pricing and the difference between renting two mini-vans vs. one 15 passenger van is about $70. Plus, we'll only need one driver and everyone will be together. And, less parking fees. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure that due to insurance regulations the rental places can no longer rent 12 and 15 pax vans in the state of FL.

Really? Because I was able to pull up the 15 passenger van on National's website for a rental out of Orlando.

You can rent 15 passenger vans in FL but the number of places who rent them and the restrictions on pickup and drop off. If you are trying to do a rental at one place and a drop off at another you might have difficulty finding a company that allows it.
