Has anyone ever had problems with Yahoo email?

I've had an account for years for email. I got a new computer last weekend and now all of sudden tonight, I got an email saying I was signed up for some Phone Out Service and there was an account set up in my user name.
It looks like a Japanese name and some other credit card number on my account. How does this happen? Should I be worried? Has anyone else had this happen to them?
I contacted Yahoo and they said the billing dept will get back to me, but I won't be charged for anything.

Can anyone help me with this? The billing dept. got back to me and took all that Phone Out stuff off my account, but they didn't say how it got there in the first place! I'm really concerned about this. I think I'll close out my whole Yahoo account. (I have change my password, etc.)
Has anything like this happened to anyone else?

Sorry ,haven't had a problem with Yahoo but I will keep a close eye on my account from now on. Thanks for the info and I hope you get it all straightened out.

They have taken the other person's info off my account as of this morning, but I still don't know how it got there in the first place. Someone must have gotten my user name & password somehow. Makes me extremely nervous! I have changed my password, etc. I may just cancel that whole Yahoo account. But I still wonder how they got my info and worry that they could get more personal info.
