DH has to plan a small meeting sometime in April. Of course I suggested WDW!! :)

I found some info on CSR but most of their stuff just says they have the capacity to accomodate large groups but his will only be about 20 people. Do they have smaller meeting areas?

How do you go about checking in to this? Would a normal travel agent be able to do it or would you work directly with someone at CSR because it's a company function?

I have been to a conference at Coronado Springs, but it was a big conference. I think they have the capacity to do smaller ones since I know that the staff for the one I attended went out a couple of days early and had a staff event prior to the conference.

Disney has it's own department for meetings and conferences that deal with all the hotels to start with and then hooks you up with a specific person at the hotel during the conference.

You might want to check out the website and decide if you want to contact them. You can even submit particulars online to them.

Good luck.

I set up meetings all the time and always call the hotel or conference center directly.

I have set up meetings from 10 to 500. They will lead you through the whole process.

Good luck.

No, but my husband has attended a conference at Yacht & Beach Club. Not sure what size they can accomodate - but it's worth looking into.

We had a big conference there in 1998. I know that we always have LOTS of small breakout groups and they were able to arange various size rooms.
