Has anyone else had this problem (memory maker)?

Before leaving on our trip I had purchased memory maker. We just returned from our trip last week and when I go in to download my pictures the majority of them are missing.. 90% of the character pictures are gone and some of the more "scenic" ones are missing. I made sure to check at the parks before we left that all our pictures attached themselves to our account and everything was there but now that I'm home they're not. Ive contacted Disney but they're taking a while to get back to me and some of my pictures expire tomorrow.
Im just wondering if anyone has dealt with this before and if they were able to get their pictures back?

We were missing from magic shots and I called as soon as I got home. It took no time for them to correct it and add them back to my account...

I would call them. That's what I had to do to get ours tracked down. Filling out the online form got me nowhere.

They were able to find all but one for us so hopefully they will be able to do the same for you!

However, a phone call solved my problem within a matter of hours. Thankfully in my case, it was only one photo that was missing, and I had a feeling it might be (the PP had trouble scanning my MB). I sent an email to the CM I spoke with on the phone and attached another photo from the same night so she could see who she was looking for and what I was wearing, and described the exact shot that missing (my picture with the 7 Dwarfs during MNSSHP on 9/21). She told me to give her some time to work on it, and I think it was an hour, maybe two, before I had an email from her letting me know she located it and had it added to my account.

If you have photos expiring, most definitely call and try and get it resolved over the phone!

Best of luck to you! I have heard many stories of great service for MM problems, including extending the expiration date, so I hope they do the same for you. I didn't have an extreme a problem as you, but they did find missing pictures when I described people, times, location.
