Has anyone done anything with Webkinz? Even if not, can you help me figure it out??

I've been mulling this idea over....not sure how to pull it off.

My dd8 loves Webkinz so much that I thought it would be nice to give her (and ds4) a new Webkinz during our vacation.

I was able to find white t-shirts in the Webkinz clothes so, I ordered them. Now I need to figure out the best pic to use as an iron-on. I'll have less than a 4"x4" space to work with.

Also, has anyone ever made Mickey Ears that small? I'd like to figure out something I can attach so they are permanent. Any ideas????
