Has anyone done a soldier/patriotic design

We're going to Orlando because my nephew is coming home from Iraq!

We get to see Mickey too....but I wanted to make a t-shirt for all 3 of my kids to wear... is there any Mickey in Camo? Patriotic?

something about being "proud of my cousin Josh" and " proud to be an American"

I'm betting there is something out there...I just don't know where to look.

Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

I actually go back and forth about the pink camo minnie for my girls vs the green camo.

What do you fellow DISers think....Would it look better for all 3 kids to have green camo????



Also, can I print these out from PAINT if I "reverse image" or flip horizontal from the print program?

Any Hints on this...my iron on tranfers say to use a hard surface and not my ironing board. Will my TILE kitchen counter work?

Here are 6 to choose from - I went ahead and did Minnie in both green and pink, that way you could see it all together and pick which you like better.

I don't see why printing from Paint should be a problem. And remember, only flip if the directions state this. If you are doing the design on a white tshirt you can use either white or dark transfers - but for any other color tshirt than white - make sure to use dark transfers. Most dark transfers do not have you flip the design. I normally do my ironing on my desk with only a pillowcase and/or a thin towel underneath. As long as the heat will not damage your countertop - it should work on a tile countertop. But I do not know what the heat would do to a nice tile countertop.
