has anyone / does anyone work for build a bear workshop?

ive just got a job in build a bear in basildon, and was wondering if there's anyone here who works for/has worked for them before. what are they like to work for as a company? i'll be an associate manager (supervisor)

No sorry I don't but my kids love it - costs me a fortune and their bears are better dressed than them

I was in the one at the Trafford Centre last night,,, bought the ariel costume for DD's bear. I would love to work there for the staff discount
