Has anyone delt with Duncan Realty and Escrow?

I'm just looking for a little peace of mind before I send off $20,000. Buying over the internet can be a little scary. If anyone has delt with them good or bad I would love to know. Just trying to make sure they are legit.

I know this is not going to be helpful, but I've never heard of them. That doesn't mean they're not legit, of course.

It might be more helpful if you explain what you are buying -- size of the contract, resort, price, where you found the listing, etc. That would help in evaluating the deal.

I have dealt with Susan. Everything went smoothly and efficiently.

I have also purchased a unit using Susan to close. Everything went fine!

I sold a Marriott timeshare via a timeshare resale broker last year and the broker worked with Duncan Realty. My only complaint at the time was that Susan was not very responsive to my email inquires -- it usually required that I later send an email to the broker, who then would send an email to Susan (cc'ing me), and then I would hear from her. Otherwise, we did get our sales proceeds in the end.
