Has anyone bought the transfer with Universal ticket option?

How did it work out? When are the transfers (and where) are they available? We're staying at Kidani in Animal Kingdom Lodge... I'd love to go for the Grinch's breakfast but not sure how this all works.

You call Mears and arrange a time to be picked up at your hotel. You also arrange a time to be picked back up at Universal and they will return you to your hotel.

The tickets are available from Dreams Unlimited and they will give you a reference number that you will use at the kiosks at the Universal parks to pick up your ticket.
