Has anyone bought resale through "Timeshare Adventures?"

If yes, please tell me what your experience was like. Also, is a title search/insurance important/necessary with a DVC?

i called them and i believe they have a differnt model...

if my memory is correct:
* what you see are basically "classified ads" placed by sellers
* seller pays more for the ad and the closing costs are waived
* seems they process timeshare sales for many different companies (i.e. not DVC specialists).

I was very impressed w/ Timeshare Store (eventually bought from them).

But don't be quick to rule out DVC direct... if you want to buy more than 150 pts, they can sell you non-Saratoga resorts (if they have points avail), you just need to ask (they don't volunteer the info).
