I just ran across this thread while trying to do a search for another thread - ended up using Google because I can't seem to make the DIS search function work for me.

Anyway - I've used this agency twice and was very pleased with the service I received. Our most recent trip was in May / June of this year. I found them through the tripadvisor forums:
