Has anyone been to the Titanic Experience lately?

We are planning our trip for June and am looking at other options to do outside of the parks. Has anyone done the titanic experience lately? What did you like? Not like? Photos?

I've never done it but have seen photo trip reports of it and the one thing that intrigued me is that everyone in your group is given a card with the picture and name of a Titanic passenger and then at the end of the exhibit you go to a wall and get to see if your person lived or died,I think that alone makes me want to do this.

We went last April and took our sons, 13, 10. It was an incredible experience. Truly touching. You just wanted to sit down and cry at the end because it seemed so real and so personal. It doesn't take too long, an hour or two depending on how much time you want to spend at the end of the exhibit reading newspapers and such.

Keep an eye on Groupons. We got our tickets for $12 each. I would not spend full price even though we truly enjoyed it.

I’m in complete agreement with Minnie! This was probably the highlight of our trip this past November. Our kids (15, 13, 10, & 7) STILL talk about it. We were given the choice of a self-guided tour or a guided tour (for the same price). Definitely go with the guided tour. Our guide did an incredible job of pulling us into the experience with him. He interacted very well with the kids, and when appropriate, he even displayed a bit of humor. We are lucky enough to visit WDW and the Orlando area pretty frequently and as experiences go, this one is right at the top!
