I received a great pin code, but although it was sent to my e-mail, it wasn't my name! I called, but they refused to allow me to use it even though I received it. He did assure me that my information was safe, but I really, really wanted that discount!

We received a pin a couple of weeks ago via email and snail for the exact dates we wanted. Booked two rooms at Pop for 35% off! Looking forward to a special Halloween trip! Don't give up!

I registered with my work email and saved a trip. Got the 40% off deluxe PIN within 48 hours. My husband priced the trip and saved it and got a snail mail PIN with in a week (same discount). Still no PIN attached to the email and phone number I have booked under for the past 5 years. So tou may want to try creating a new account with a different email address.
