I'm just curious if anyone has actually received a pin email recently. It seems that everyone posting that they've booked with a pin has called and been told they have the pin. My sister usually receives pin emails all the time. She hasn't had one for a few months, but when she called she had 2 attached to her name. I hope this isn't what the future of pins is going to be. It's a big pain to have to keep phoning and getting the CM's to check - and I'm sure they're wouldn't be too thrilled about that either.

I called to book my trip today too, and I was too afraid to even ask if I had one attached to my name, I just used the general public discount. I might call back tomorrow and just ask once and for all, it's killing me not knowing if I have one or not!
