Michaels has 8 1/2 x 11 ones. In my Michaels they are on the bottom shelf where all the albums are.

I will check again - last I looked they had the 11" tall ones but not with the 11 inch dimension width ways.

Linda you can have them. I got them at last years ckc the sticker says $3 I doubt I paid that. There are 4 of them and they are all the same.

Sorry, I missed the horizontal part. The ones at Michaels are all vertical ones.
