Has anybody rented from Randy's Mobility?

Hi. I am new to these boards and j had a question. I recently slipped and fell and my dr said that they only way I could still go to Disney was in a wheelchair. So, not wanting my family to have to push me all day, a scooter is the only way.

My sister in law found hr randy's mobility site and I was wondering if anybody had rented from them and how reputable are they?

Many people have used Randy's and been very pleased with their service. One plus for someone who has not used a scooter before is that someone from Randy's will deliver the scooter to you and will demonstrate how to use it. The other companies generally deliver the ECV to Bell Services and the guest picks it up from there.

There are a number of companies listed, including Randy's that people have reported generally good experiences with. I would suggest you call or email some of the companies and get an idea of what prices they have and whether you have s good feeling personally about the company.

I rented from Randy's in December. I had absolutely no problems with either the company nor the ecv I rented. We actually rented two and he brought both into the hotel at the same time!! I thought that was pretty talented!! When he dropped off the chairs, he went through everything we would need to know in order to operate them and also how to contact them if there were any problems. We never ran out of a charge. When he dropped off the chairs, he asked us when we wanted him to pick them up and he was exactly on time. I would definitely recommend Randy's Mobility to anyone!!
