Just wondering if anyone knows if any of the Harry Potter movies have ever played on DCL? My SIL is curious and she thought she heard that they had anybody know for sure?

Yes the Harry Potter movies have been shown on the ship. We have enjoyed both the Sorceror's Stone and the Chamber of Secrets on different cruises.

While the Harry Potter movies have played on the ships, they don't show up until long after their theatrical release. DCL only shows first-run films from their family of film companies (Buena Vista, Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone, Hollywood and Miramax). Films from other film companies are sometimes shown on DCL (they also showed at least one of the Lord of the Rings films), however it is usually 6-8 months after they first come out and then only if there aren't enough popular Disney Co. titles to fill out the schedule.
