Hello all,
I am new here and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this discussion board by accident and I love it! Everyone here seems so nice and helpful and I have found so many answers to my questions already. I did have a few I wanted to clarify though if someone doesn't mind answering for me.

Here's the scoop: I booked a trip for a friend and me through the Universal Website for August 7th - 12th. We will be staying onsite at the Royal Pacific Resort. I got the 3 day park to park tickets so we could spend the majority of our time at WWOHP and some of the time at Universal. I haven't been to Orlando since June of 1994! I am also planning a Sunday trip to Sea World because I am a big coaster nut and I really want to ride Manta and Kraken. So here are my questions :

1) I have read on here that it is best to try and reserve a seat on the free shuttle from RPR to Sea World at least 24 hours in advance. Since I won't officially be at the hotel until about 6pm the night before, should I call ahead and see if they will let me reserve 2 seats on the shuttle by phone or will doing it at check-in be enough time?

2) I also read on here that the free shuttle to Sea World has sort of a limited schedule and I think the last shuttle to pick up hotel guests from Sea World and take back to the resort came at like 3pm. Is this correct?

3) When I booked my trip I recieved the confirmation email with my 3 broomsticks coupon and other info. The commemorative tickets, City Walk passes, and 3 Broomstick vouchers need to be printed at a kiosk outside the park. I thought I read that the onsite resorts have the capability to do that at the concierge desk. Is that correct? If not, would it take awhile to find and do it outside the park. I want to take advantage of the early entry as much as possible.

The last bit I have really isn't a question but more of an FYI to anyone who has questions about the hotel and the incidental charges. I purposely don't have a credit card and will just use my debit card throughout the trip. I had read on the RPR website that they might require a deposit of at least $100 dollars per night for incidentals. Well for 5 nights that would be all my very important Harry Potter spending money! So I called a few weeks ago and the nice lady at the front desk said that I could opt out of that if my room was paid for ahead of time, which it is, and just ask for no room charging privileges. I hope this info is correct because I would hate to be surprised at check-in. Has anyone else opted out of the room charging privileges?

Thanks in advance to any help with my questions!!

Hope you are getting excited for your upcoming trip!

Okay for for the SeaWorld Shuttle Question...you have to go in person to reserve seats for the shuttle and they give you a boarding pass. When we were there a few weeks ago I called from the parks and was told I had to go to the desk to do it. There are limited shuttle times so it might be better to try for a taxi service instead if they don't have good times for you.

There is a kiosk in the lobby next to the concerige desk. I have been able to print off all tickets, but FL Resident ones, there. I have tried with vouchers but if you have to go to the parks the lines should not be that bad in the morning for you to go to one of the windows to pick up your tickets. We had to do that for the FL Resident tickets and it took maybe 3-5 minutes to get them.

We have always done the room charging but from what I understand you should be able to opt out if you only have a debit card.

Yes I am getting really excited!! Thanks for your quick reply! I hope everything works out when I go.
