We have annual passes and currently have a room only reservation for our next trip. I just tried to have them apply a package to our existing reservation since they don't have any more of that room type available at all during the dates we are there. I was told that I would have to cancel my current one and make a whole new reservation and that there was no way to apply it to what I currently have. We opted not to do that since we wanted a kid's suite and no additional ones are available.
Has anyone else tried to do this? It's worth it to me to try again if it's a case of the TM not knowing how to do it, but I don't want to pester them if it truly is something they can't do. It just seems like it would be a pretty easy thing to do.
