Harry Potter - FJ motion?

I was worried about this as well when we went, but sadly, the motion sickness meds didn't do anything.
I had taken them the day before, and again in the morning before going to US, but it still made me sick. The first time, I closed my eyes when the simulator stuff came, too fast, and too blurry, and it wasn't too bad. The second time I wanted to see what I missed, kept my eyes open, and it made me really sick. So try it, but be prepared to miss a lot of FJ with your eyes closed. :)
DD15 had the same problem.

Soarin never bothers me.

I can totally relate... I LOVE the Simpsons.. but missed MOST of the ride due to my sickness... boooo

I will give this one a shot next summer... eyes closed if needbe.

so I'm thinking it's more intese than the Simpsons? It makes me a little queasy so I don't know about this one!

The seat on the furthest right seemed to be worse for me for the queasiness. I did the single rider line ALOT, so I got that seat alot (it's the seat for the last person in the 4 person group). I wasn't nauseous on any other seat, but nauseous on that seat about half the time. It wasn't bad, though.

This was the first simulator ride I'd been on where I ended up parallel to the ground! (well, okay, where I could see! I'm sure the old Star Tours probably got close to that to simulate speed!). It moves you around pretty good!

Spiderman was tame by comparison... :hippie:
