Ah, yes. The guy who played Oliver Wood was Sean Biggerstaff. Sadly, he is not in this latest movie.

I think Daniel Radcliffe is going to be such a hottie....he already is. Same with Rupert Grint. And Emma Watson is so beautiful. All of those kids are growing up so nicely...and they seem so down to earth as well. I really prefer them to many American child actors, like Haley Joel Osment a few years ago or Dakota Fanning....they are like little adults in childrens' bodies and it's kinda creepy.

Ok, I will admit it, I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan. I used my replay to record the Sorcerer's Stone on abc and have been learning how to edit all the commercials out and put in chapter breaks.

I also plan on going to the midnight showing June 3/4 at the local theatre and then seeing it on Imax the night of the 4th.

Oh, I still think Oliver Wood is SO cute (no matter what is real name is).

Another Oliver Wood fan here and I'm pushing 33.

I wonder why he's not in this movie??? I have to go back and re-read the book.

I'm really looking forward to someday having a crush on Cedric Diggory, too. They have to have a hottie play him. I think the twins are cute in the book ( in my mind, anyway ) but the ones who play the twins in the movie don't cut it for me. I can't picture them being cool like Fred and George in the 5th book.

Tinks, he's in the book, but not the movie. My guess is they are lightening up on the excessive Quidditch in this movie, because it is very been there, done that.

But don't worry, all changes were approved by JK Rowling, so his exclusion was obviously not a big deal. And it's not like he lit the screen on fire in the first two. Although he was great to look at, he delivered the most lifeless performance I've ever seen...Oliver Wood is supposed to be a sports fanatic (we ALL know what they are like) and that didn't translate at all.
