Just did both. Gringotts all the way. It is fun to build the car in test track , and we usually have a friendly competition on overall design, but the first part of that ride is terrible. All the stops and starts are rough and not fun, but that final lap/ acceleration is cool. But From start to finish , the theming at Gringotts is so awesome.

Gringotts for me easily. I am one of the seemingly few that actually prefers the retheme on Test Track to the original but even then the theming just feels more complete and immersive on Gringotts. Queue line/preshow especially sets them apart. Test Track just feels like such a basic car showroom. The design your own car is kind of fun though. Gringott's though looks amazing. Can't beat walking into the bank lobby, and then all the details through the queue, intial office preshow is good and even the themed elevator trip to the depths.
