well it wasn't he book and you won't be lost if you saw he other movies

i have friends that saw the other movies but didn't read the books and every two seconds they were asking what happened and left the movie completely confused.
again, just my opinion, but to me it was a letdown.
my friends all felt the same way.
and i'm a huge harry potter fan, so i'm not saying this because i'm against hp or anything.

I'll be honest.
I know this may sound bad but I wouldn't care if they didn't follow the book.
The book and the movie are seperate things, by seperate people and I don't compare them. Like I said alot of people thought the POA movie was absolutely horrible, while I found it quite enjoyable. I loved it. I don't think I'll be dissapointed about it not following the books. yes, I'll be a little sad but I'm not going to let it ruin the movie when I watch it. IMO

I'm sorry it dissapointed you Mickey. I understand completely what your saying. I have to agree. you really have to read the books to know whats happening sometimes. Just watching the movies your most likely not to get the whole story. I know my friend is going to be confused when we go but...She doesn't want to read the books so...she'll just be confused.

I'm just saying I don't think it'll be as a big of a dissapointment to ME, just for the fact I don't compare them. :] This is my opinion.

And I found out were ordering tickets online to know we are going so! yipee.

I admit, with SS, CoS, and PoA, I kinda compared the movies to the books a lot. But, with GoF and OotP I kinda.... haven't read the books in a long long long long while, in which, I forgot about a lot of details. And, I kinda stopped compairing the books to the movies for those two movies XD

I just read ootp a couple months ago... but as big a fan I am.
I don't remember all of it! XD
I remember the bigger parts and bits and pieces but the talking parts and some stuff I could easily forget and wouldn't remember they put the parts in there that they took out. I'm reading SS and it hasn't bothered me that the movie is kinda different. I'll say though when SS was out I was younger and didn't remember or care.
So it couldn't of bothered me... I was too excited that they were actually making the movie I could've cared less what was in it. XD

Her: "Whos there?"

ME: "You know"

OMG, I saw it yesterday too! I thought it was amazing... I so badly want to talk about it and what I think will happen but i don't want to give any spoilers!

But I highly recommend watching it!
