Day 6 Sea World Again
Today we had a nice early start to make sure that we got to the Polar Express before it closes tomorrow. We Got to Seaworld for rope drop and wandered through to the bridge over to Shamus stadium only to find out that this side of the park doesnt open till 10am! We werent too pleased but decided that we would trot over to Atlantis and Kraken again for a go on those and meet Mom, Dad and Lou with the kids back at the bridge at 9.30 to go over to the Polar Express.
After the adrenaline junkies had gotten their fix we wandered back to the bridge and hustled our way through the crowd to find the rest of our group right at the front with the Cast Member! The fountain in the lake was dancing and the water was blowing all over us as it was rather breezy, good job that it was a warm day then!
After about 10 minutes of waiting we were allowed to cross over to the other side of the park. We rushed straight to the Polar Express and found that we had to use Baby Swap. We walked through the walk on entrance and were ushered to a special waiting area, Mom and Dad waited with the kids and DH and I went on the ride. The whole area had been redone with stickers to make it like the film. When we went into the room where they tell you the story of the expedition usually it was all done as the little boys bedroom. There was a huge radiator at the front of the room and this blew off steam just as in the film, we were stood right by it and it made us jump! After the film we went to board our train the whole area smelt like a Christmassy woodland forest and it was wonderful! The ride was really great and a real highlight, it was worth getting out of bed early for it.

Big presents!
the snowman fought to keep his buttons!
We went back and got the kids and Mom and dad had their go on the ride while we walked though to the whales and polar bears guess who was there .. SANTA!! He was great and his sleigh was fantastic. Shelby was amazed by the ice wall and tried to take her socks off to touch it with her toes! She wouldnt wait inline to meet Santa but had her picture taken with one of the Elves instead which was nice.
A CM also took our picture but it came out a bit blurry but still nice. Oh I got this great picture of a Walrus too! Can you see its a Walrus? Looks a bit weird doesnt it!
After the Polar Express and Wild Arctic it was time for some lunch, it was amazing how much time we actually spent in the attraction and it was about 12.00 by the time we came out ofcourse baby swap adds some time too.
We lunched by the lake and had Chicken and hot dogs. I think Mom and Dad and Tez and Lou had sandwiches but I cant be sure!
We went over to the penguins next and Shelby and Harley really enjoyed this attraction, she was amazed that it was snowing on them and how she could see them swimming under the water. Harley is in awe of anything that swims! We spend a lot of time in the next part as Shelby was enjoying putting her hands on the information boards you know where you press you hand and the information board lights up and gives you a talk about the animal that you are looking at?
Next it was the Shark Attack area, I thought that we might struggle here as its a dark attraction and Shelby isnt that great with the dark but she was fantastic, she knew that they were Sharkies and Harley would have stayed here all day watching the fish doing their thang! I dont think that they could get their heads around how the fish were all swimming over us in the tunnel. Another successful attraction for them! Lou was amazed at how thick the glass was I always marvel at that too though!
By this time it was about 5pm and we were beginning to flag in the heat again, we quickly stopped by the Manatees I waited outside while DH and the rest went in Harley was sleeping and you are not allowed strollers in there so that was a bit poo. I didnt want to wake him and my feet were hurting so I took advantage of the rest stop. They werent in there very long and then Mom went to the shop and bought some Manatee mugs, DH bought a couple of fleecy jumpers for his mom and dad bought a keyring for his caravan keys!
We decided to quickly go to the last showing of the Dolphin show and all had to sit seperatley, I had Harley on my lap and he fell asleep - so he enjoyed it then! I must say that the show was excellent though and I really enjoyed it. DH said that he didn't see much of it as Shelby was playing up and he had to hold her firmly as he was quite high up the arena. The new set for this show is also really nice.
We decided to call it a day and head off I think Tezza and Lou stayed as they had their car so could do what they wanted. Me and Matt grabbed a cake from the bakery on the way out seriously the biggest rice krispie treat you have ever seen in your life! And I had a blue cupcake with a chocolate dolphin on the top. YUM!
Tonight I think it was probably another Ponderosa but I didnt write down what we actually did. Nevermind
Tomorrow its NEW YEARS EVE at Epcot! And rain is forecast.
