How hard is it to get into Beaches and Cream? We will be at BWV the third week of Sept. We want to go over after dinner and get a "kitchen sink". There are 7 adults and 1 child in our party. What can I expect? Thanks.

We have gone there twice for the kitchen sink, the time we went after dinner we had a long wait (about 45 minutes, but there was lots to check out while we waited), the time we went in the afternoon, we had no wait. For us, it was worth the wait!

There will be a wait, but if you go at an "off" time, it shouldn't be too bad. We waited about 40 minutes at 7ish on a weeknight last April, which is much busier than late September.

The wait will give you some time to digest your meal before dessert!!;)

We walked right in the week before Easter Sunday, at about 1PM.

There will be a wait, especially since you are a large party (wont fit in one of their 4-5 booths) so they will have to wait for the tables to clear up (of which there are maybe 8). Honestly, this place is tiny and is why they dont take ADRs. Most people see the wait time and opt for the takeout line.

However, if you were to hit the place at a non-peak time, than you could probably get in there pretty quickly. They do have an arcade right next door to bide time.

Unless you hit B&C just right when it is dead and get lucky to find seating for that many, I would highly suggest slitting your group into two parties. There is at most seating for 20 people outside of the booths, thus making an 8 top almost impossible. If you split into a couple groups, some of you can sit at the bar and some can get a table or booth. Otherwise, I would expect a long wait even if it is an off time. Enjoy, its my favorite place to eat on property:thumbsup2

We went there last June around 7:30ish because my ILs who were suppose to meet up with us the following morning, decided to surprise us and meet up with us a day earlier (long story), anyway, we decided to go to B&C for ice cream before heading off to bed, when we walked up it was a 2 hour wait....word to wise, NEVER go at that time during peak summer seasons. So instead of eating our ice cream inside, we went to the take out counter and then ate our ice creams outside people watching on the Boardwalk. Hopefully we had learned from this experience and when we go back in Sept. we will go at an off time and actually get in without a ridiculous wait.
