do they offer a variety of kcups? Just wondering if I should bring my own from home.
If you are a NEED COFFEE person, and/or if more than one person drinks it in the mornings, I would bring your own to supplement. We have had really lackluster service, just not understanding that if all the caffeinated ones are gone and NONE of the decafs are gone, that means *stock with caffeinated*. They got it exactly wrong during our last stay. It got very annoying. And I swear I get the hinkiest service from places that are supposed to be great; Nordstrom has always given me the worst service ever, questioning totally bonafide returns, and the like. And Star Services is no different; they don't understand what I mean when I say "stop leaving decaf, just leave caffeine", and I've never gotten a "yes we can do that" reply for anything no matter how simple. So we supplement with our own kcups.
Loving that they are installing fridges everywhere. That was getting annoying to not have them, and DH doesn't take the refrigerated drug anymore, so we couldn't get them free for medical reasons anymore!
