Hi there..

Anyone with information on the Club Rooms at Hard Rock...I have a few questions

1) do they all overlook the pool? if not what is the 'other view' like?

2) How far is the lounge from the rooms? Can you take food from the lounge to your room without being stared at?

3) What kind of toys/surprise do they leave on the bed for kids at nightly turndown?

Thanx!

We were at the Hard Rock last week and stayed on the Club Level. We were in room 7069 which was right next to the club lounge. It was a great location! It was never loud and we were close to the elevators. Everyone takes food and drinks to their rooms. Many times it was kind of crowded, so you had no choice really. We were also there at one of the busiest times though. We did not have a pool view. Our room overlooked the front of the hotel. We did have a front row seat from our window every night for the fireworks which was really neat! There are no balconys. Beware that turndown service begins around 5:30pm. Some of the toys they gave out were: furry pens, those "wheel-o" toys, bracelets, keychains, ect. Even my 15 year olds loved getting their nightly trinkets. You will really enjoy the club level. It really made the trip special. I know that it is expensive, but I am sure that we saved money in the long run. I did manage to get what I feel is a pretty good rate through HotelKingdom.com. I saved over $100 a night with my 4th night free from the price offered directly from the hotel. Oh, and the front of the line benefit was priceless! There was at times 2 hr. waits to some rides! I would encourage anyone to definitely stay onsite if possible. The Hard Rock is a beautiful hotel - we just loved it!!!

Hi there...

Thanx for replying...

How was the food/snacks in the lounges.. can you give me an idea of what they had on average?

I stayed at the royal pacific last summer.. the Front of the line benefit is INCREDIBLE!

Thanx for all your help..

Breakfast was always bagels, toast, donuts, mini muffins, fruit salad, juices, milk, coffee. I believe that it was served from 7:30-11. Happy Hour was from 5-7 and was always different. There was a selection of beer and wine. They always had veggie and cheese platters and some of the foods were- dips, nachos/cheese, tortilla roll ups, wings with dipping sauces, mini hot dogs/rolls, tortellini salad, meatballs, antipasta salad, ect. Sweets were served at 8:30- a variety of cookies and milk. Throughout the day they always had bottled water, sodas, lemonade, apple juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and bowls of fresh fruit. There was also a large selection of dvds that you could watch on tv's with surround sound in the lounge area. They also had cd's that you could borrow and take back to your room. My teenagers loved those! Two concieres were always available to help.

Thanx for the information... I am very happy to be booked on the club level for this August...

we were at HRH 12/24 - 28, and were offered the Club Level upgrade. It was great.
Our view was of the Woodstock Lawn and the waterway, very nice view.
We too took bottles of water and coke to pack up in our bags for park visits during the day.
After the breakfast of bagels and fresh fruit, we visited the parks or went around town for the day, coming back for the early evening snacks (also beer and wine ;) )

Thank you GSLand... I guess beer and wine is a nice perk at the end of a long day at the parks!
