Can anyone recommend a Good Site to Book Hard Rock Hotel? I've been trying direct to book Easter Next Year but their site just says unavailable.

It says "unavailable" because you are trying to book too far in advance - the 2010 dates will start to be released in August/September.

If you qualify for a discount - e.g through AA membership - remember and mention this.

Hi,

We booked RPR in the middle of June last year for the Tuesday before Easter this year, but over the phone. I wanted to make sure that we got a room with it being Easter, but I guess that the economic situation ensured that there were still rooms available even when we arrived at the RPR.

One thing - we were extremely glad of the FOTL privileges, as although our first visit on the Sunday the week before Easter was fairly low on crowds in the morning, when we went on the Monday and Tuesday, there were queues in excess of 90 minutes on quite a lot of the rides. Using FOTL, we didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes.

If you do book early at the full rack rate, remember to keep checking back to see if the prices have been reduced - you should then be able to get your own reservation reduced as well (there is a date and rate for 2009 under the Universal Hotels section - may be worth checking if there is one for 2010 yet). However, the rate for our stay did not come down at all!!

There will be no discounts on rooms till around Sep and even then you would have to keep checking for prices coming down. Probably not have a problem booking a room for Next Easter, so would not worry to much. I usually book in Aug Sep for the following summer, but only because i have a YouFirst Platinum card, and like to make sure i get my free suite upgrade.
