Happy Story! JB changed flight times!

Jet Blue changed our direct flight times for our March Break flights from ROC to MCO. Changes were not good! We wouldn't have been able to drive from Kingston Ont and make the flights. The good news is that after a phone call, I now have the direct flights I wanted from SYR to MCO at a better time. Jet Blue switched the flights for me at no charge and even gave us the same seats! That is customer service and that is why I am a loyal Jet Blue flyer!
