looks like you all had a blast at the party.

It was a lot of fun when we went.

We really did have a blast. Kind of bummed that they didn't have the parade twice but maybe that was because they had a lot of horses and that had something to do with it?

The Pirate & Princess Party looks like so much fun!

I'm jealous you got to meet Capt. Jack Sparrow. I just him!
Hopefully we'll get to meet him when we're down there soon!

haha I love him too!!! He was really fun to interact with. Out of all the capt Jack's I've met though I will say the one I met on Castaway cay was the best!

We must start planning another meet!

I ran into another DIS'er last night, Belle83007, who I hat met before when I was with my family at 'Ohana a year and a half ago. I couldn't believe she saw me! I was outside POTC. I had a blast with her and her DH...they were now celebrating their first anniversary! She said she wants to know when we will have another meet because she wants to come! She's read so many of our Trippies!

I guess I should have gone to Guest Relations about it. I ended up with a bruise for a week on the back of my legs. Of course having Captain Jack put his arm around me was some pretty good compensation all on its' own

Day 9: May 22

I awoke early this day excited for my morning of pampering. I had made myself an appt. at the GF spa for a manicure and a pedicure. I quickly got ready and started to head down to the bus stop when I opened the door to find this...

my magical express bus ticket back to the airport. I had been having such a great trip I didn't realize that this was going to be my last full day in Disney.

I grabbed the ticket and threw it into my room and I was off to the busses. I figured my easiest way to get to the GF was to take the bus to the MK then from there either the boat or the monorail.

When I got the the MK the boat had just left so off I went to the monorail. Since it was early (before the park opened) at each resort on the monorail line we seemed to pick up a lot of girls all dressed up heading over to either the GF or the MK for character breakfast's.

I made it to the GF in no time and I'm always amazed at the victorian beauty of this resort.

I also can't help to think of the Full House episode where they are at Disney World staying at this resort and Uncle Jesse is playing that piano singing to Aunt Becky.

Anyway I didn't have much time before my 9:00 checkin time so I started to head over to the spa.

I checked in for my appt and was shown the womans changing room and lounge area. If you make an appt there you also have full use of the health club and steam room that day. I put my stuff into one of the lockers and sat down with a glass of juice and read one of the books till my name was called.

Not soon after a woman came in an called my name and I was led to a private spa room.
The pedi and mani were so relaxing. This was the second time I had been to the spa and this was just as good as the first. I was so relaxed I felt like I could walk for days...which is a good thing when you are hiking around the parks.

After my appt I had to make my way back to the GF lobby to catch the monorail to Epcot where I would be meeting up with my Dis girls once again.

Before going out to the monorail deck I decided to check out the gift shop to see if I could find one of those monorail shirts with the spanish saying on them. I heard on the Dis that they were in the gift stores of the resorts on the monorail loop. This store did have them but not in my size. I was so bummed. I left the store with out my shirt hoping that I would find it somewhere else.

I hopped on the next monorail that came and took it to the TTC then switched to the Epcot monorail.

I love taking the monorail to Epcot passing all the cars on the highway below. We started getting close and Spaceship earth was in sight.

Another thing I love about the Epcot monorail is before you get off it actually takes you over the future world/ world showcase bridge.

When we pulled up to the station I made my way off and down to the park entrance. I was starving at this point since I didn't eat anything and decided to have some lunch at the Electric umbrella. I had about an hour an a half before I was meeting up with the girls so after lunch I decided to check out mousegear again. Seriously that store is like a magnet....I can't stay away!!!
But while I was in there I found the tee shirt in my size!!! I also found some other cute things. While I was checking out at the register guess who was at the next one over? It was Jenny from the dis meet the night before. After we checked out we decided we would just hang out together before the meet at 2. We had just enough time before 2 so we could ride Test track in the single rider line. After test track it was time to meet up with the other girls around the entrance of space ship earth. On our way over from test track it started to rain. I had just crossed my fingers that it wouldnt last.

As Jenny and I walked to Spaceship earth we saw that Julie was already there waiting for us. Soon after Megan then Lindsey came. Julie then gave us each pirate mickey ear pins to remember the our Pirate and Princess party dis meet! That was so sweet of her to do! Thanks Julie!!!

We were gonna meet someother dis'ers but they never showed up. It had stopped raining at this point and Our first stop was over my test track checking out the butterfly garden. It's actually a gazebo type building with mesh walls and when you go in there are beautiful flowers all inside with hundreds of butterflies. I wasn't too keen on the idea but I went in anyway. I will say it was beautiful but I just don't like the idea of bugs, butterflies flying all around me.

I believe it was Jenny who told me jokingly that one had landed on me and that was it. I freaked and ran out of the garden. haha I was done!

After the butterfly garden we decided to make our way over to the seas to ride that then we went over to pay a visit to Figment.

We then figured we better start making our way around the world showcase since we were to be having dinner in Italy.

We stopped in China and looked through the giftshop and Jenny ended up buying 2 beautiful necklace/earring sets.

Next was Norway where we rode the boat ride and then we were all getting the munchies so we decided to stop and get a snack. I have never thought of getting something in the bakery but let me tell you everything looked so good! I ended up with a thin waffle with strawberry jam on it. Let me tell you it was sooooo good!

After our snack we continued around the world stopping in Germany in the gift shops. We continued on passing by Italy since we would be back soon and passing the US. We stopped in Japan where I picked out another pearl and left it to be set.

When we left the building we realized that the candylady was outside making her creations. Lindsey and I decided to watch while the other girls decided to sit and relax.

She was amazing to watch. She makes the candy animals so fast and they are spot on!

After watching her it was time to head back over to Italy to check in for our dinner!

It wasn't long before our name was called and when we went to the podium there seemed to be a problem. The manager and hostess were having an arguement about our table in italian. We were quickly seated after.
The restraunt was beautiful inside with wood, mirrors and paintings on the wall.

Our waiter quickly came over and took our drink orders. He later returned with our drinks and bread and took our meal orders. Let's just say us girls had some fun in that restraunt with all that Italian eye candy. Those waiters were cute!
It didn't take very long before our meals showed up and my gosh did everything look good!!!

I can't remember exactly what this was but it was some kind of soda and juice.

mmmmm and the main meal....

So very very good!

Our waiter came back after we were done and I just had to get to get a picture of him.

He was a little suprised that I wanted a picture of him and he was more than willing to pose. He then cleared our plates and asked us if we were ready for dessert. We had ordered a special cake from the cake hotline to celebrate our dis meet and our birthdays.

We didn't wait long before our cake had arrived and all the waiters and waitress' came over to sing to us in Italian.

Lindsey and I blew out the candles and it was time to dig in! Our waiter served us each a piece of the yummy cake.

Our waiter came back a bit later to ask if we needed a box but guess what....

That cake didnt last long. It was so good. He was shocked that the 5 of us had eaten the whole thing!

At this point he brought the bill and we had some issues with it between the cake and Megan was on the dining plan. We finally got the whole thing figured out and they were making it wayyyyy more complicated then it had to be. We finally paid then left. At this point Jenny had to make her way to Downtown Disney to pick up some last minute things since she was leaving the next day very early in the morning. So we said our goodbyes to her and off she went. Julie also had to head off and we said our good byes to her. Then we were left with 3.

Lindsey, Megan and I took a relaxing stroll around the rest of the world showcase picking up my pearl along the way.

We made it back to future world and the three of us decided to start to head out. But we had to stop at spaceship earth one more time!

After the ride Megan and I said goodbye to Lindsey as she had sort of a family emergency going on at home. It was great of her to even take time away to come and hang with us! Thanks girl!

Megan and I still felt like hanging out so we decided to head out and make our way over to Downtown Disney. We took the bus to Old Key West and from there to Downtown. Our first stop was to head to World of Disney to get some last minute things since Megan also had a flight home to catch. That was a bad idea for me because I ended up spending more money. hahaha it's vacation though! After that we made our way to Goofy's to grab some candy since I was going to take some home for my brothers. After that we were pretty much done and decided to call it a night. We headed back to the busses and we said our good byes and wished each other a good flight. We also crossed our fingers that hopefully soon there will be another meet in the works!!!

I headed back to Pop for a night of packing. I hate taking time out of the day to pack up my stuff when I could be out in the parks enjoying myself.
