it was the bad camera work with the extreme close ups on the projections that gave you that impression..
i'm willing to bet that there are lots of fireworks, but we weren't able to see a lot of them because of the terrible camera work of disney's live streaming..

I wouldn't say it was bad camera work. Disney just wanted to showcase a bit of the projection work in more detail. Great job, and great show! Love it!

had it only been a bit of the projections it might have been ok...but they spent a great deal of the time in extreme close up completely ruining the effect...
during the lanterns section i was screaming at the computer, "pull back pull back"....
they finally did, for about two seconds...
even the castle projections looked better from that pulled back position...
you got the effect of the lanterns floating up...much more magical than in extreme close up...

i'm looking forward to seeing the blogger videos..

and of course, in person in august..

I wasn't in the park. I watched it on my computer screen. I thought the fireworks took a backseat to the animated projections. I wouldn't be surprised if they are spending less per show on fireworks compared to Wishes. (Anybody know?)

I have read a few reports from people in the park that said there were a ton of fireworks and from all different places, etc. - i really think it was the camera work which kept changing and was zoomed in too often that made it feel that way

I've enjoyed the use of projection technology since day 1 with the castle and I thought this was again visually impressive. The music selection.....seems like they went the C list several times and left a lot on the table. It's a good show but given some of the selections used this was not their A game in regards to overall production. Some superstars were all but left out and some of the deep bench players were featured. I didn't get that.

I think it more the camera perspective and focus that gave that impression.

Each of us has a dream. A hearts desire. It calls to us. And when we're brave enough to listen, and bold enough to pursue, that dream will lead us on a journey to discover who we're meant to be. All we have to do is look inside our hearts and unlock the magic.

And so our journey comes to an end, but yours continues on. Grab ahold of your dreams and make them come true. For you are the key to unlocking your own magic. Now go, let your dreams guide you. Reach out and find your Happily Ever After.

The sentiment of the show is so nice. Wishes are great, but the empowerment to chase your dreams and actually create that happiness for yourself? We all need a little more of that in the world today.

Walt chased his dream and created happiness on a grand scale BUT, did you see him in the "show"?

Maybe I missed him as I was getting pretty bored with movie trailers but did not see him.

Sorry, what?
