Hi! Hope you don't mind me popping over here for a quick scrapbooking question!

Just wondering if anyone has the 12x12 Happiest Celebration album....and if so, is it true 12x12 pages, and are the page protectors CLEAR? I mean *really* clear...I don't like it when they are kind of cloudy, dull, or so heavy that the layouts seem to lose some of their color, etc. (Does anyone know what I'm talking about, or am I just being too picky? :rotfl: )

FWIW, I think the CM ones are CLEAR, if that gives you an idea of what I'm HOPING that the Disney album has.

Thanks!!!!!

I don't have this album, but I did look at it in May when we were down there (I ended up buying the cruise album this time). The page protectors were pretty clear, and they've been that way on the others I've gotten from there. They are true 12 x 12 size. I know what you mean, though, I don't like those "not-so-clear" page protectors either! I thought I was the only one that was picky about it! :goodvibes

:teeth: glad it's not just me either!! thanks for the info!

I have the album...it was really hard to find in DL. I haven't taken it out of the cellophane yet though. I'm strange that way.... I love the front of it though!!!

ooh, I love that wedding picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, let us know when you open your album! :flower:

Are you talking about the one with Tinkerbell on the front and says Happiest Celebration On Earth on the spine? If so, they look pretty clear to me. I haven't used it yet, but I just checked it. It came with several pieces of colored paper in the page protectors.

Hi Peggy! I thought it had the castle on it, but maybe it was Tink... I'm thinking that I should have gotten one while I was there... but I got one in 2003 and didn't like the page protectors, and was wondering if they were any better now. Thanks for checking for me! So, you're a scrapbooker too?? :)

I've just started. I can't believe how much I've invested and I've only done a couple of pages. I am, however, well prepared for more. Now, I just have to find the time! I've decided to try to track down my ancestors and that is very time consuming. Since my parents are gone and both sets of grandparents, it is very hard. I just want something to add to the scrapbook for DD so that she will have something to show her kids.

aah, welcome to the world of scrapbooking! :flower: Good luck with your research of your ancestors... and your scrapbook for your DD!

mine has tink and the castle on it -
it is navy
The pages Are NOT true 12x12
and I think the page protectors are a LOT clearer than the old dis albums - BUT this is new - and they haven't scratched yet - like the ones in the old album!
They are definately thick!

I decided not to use mine- I don't know what I will do with it
I went with a black CM album instead and I had it imprinted with a gold mickey swirl head on the front and it says 'Remember the Magic'
anyways hope that helps :earsboy: have a grat trip :earsboy:

I didn't use my 2003 one...I gave it to my dd! (who was 5, so it was ok for her, :rotfl: )

I ended up going with a red CM album. I love your idea of getting it imprinted though...I keep forgetting that that's an option! Thanks for the info! :teeth:

I think there are about 4 new albums this year. I saw the tink one, the one with the castle real close, one with a 2005 theme and the one I got. I'll have to scan an image later and see if it is the one you are talking about.

Okay, here is the album I have.
