Okay .. so our trip is coming up and had to be paid off on Sat. (9/4) So, we called and made a small payment on Friday and then called Sat to make the final payment. The girl on the phone said they weren't taking any payments that day and that they would put our name on a list and someone would call us on Tues. after Frances was over. I found this odd, but hey if you don't want my money I am not gonna force you!! LOL So, about an hour later someone from Disney calls all nasty saying if we didn't pay it that day then our trip was cancelled. We explained about calling earlier and she said that was wrong information. How is that my fault? What would have happened if we left for the weekend after trying to call and make our payment. Do you guys think I should call and complain tomorrow? Thanks for your advice!!!
