Hannah Montana

Is there currently, or will there be, a Hannah Montana concert? Any info. would greatly be appreciated, esp. by DD8. We can't find anything on the web. Thanks!

We got to see Hannah Montana when the Cheetah girls toured. She opened for them. I hate to admit it, but DH & I actually enjoyed her part of the concert. With the way she is going, and getting so popular, I would bet by next year she'll have a tour. And we'll probably end up taking DDs to it as well.

I actually saw Hanna Montanta in person. She performed at the White House Easter Egg Roll this year and we took the kids. My 9 yr old neice was beside herself. I got it on my camcorder and brought it to school to show my students. My street cred increased quite a bit after that. I've never seen her show, but tweens seem to go crazy over her.

Thanks for the answers. I thought she didn't have her own concert, but DD8 wanted me to make sure! We will also probably be going when there is one!! I will be on the lookout for other appearances. She just had a few in NYC, I think. (GMA??) I should have planned ahead!

One more question: Is there a High School Musical tour/concert still going on? Is it the cast from the movie? We saw a local production of it. It was good....different cast though. And I've seen the HSM on Ice tour advertised. That is not the same cast either. We have HSM2 written on our calendar for August.

From what I hear she is touring starting in the fall. There is a thread over on the Family board tracking the announcement. They have only announced one city and the start date.

For the High School Musical questio n I am not sure about that because they have finished filming HSM2. I read in the special edition people magazine High School Musical that it was them who toured... Just keep an eye out.

I've been searching the website all evening, for hours! trying to locate information on Hannah Montana concert dates and locations - if she is touring?! I would love to surprise my 9yr old daughter with tickets...she's like any other 9yr old - and loves Hannah Montana...and I don't mind admitting, that I like to watch the show too. Does anyone have concert info...or a website that has it posted or will posted? I heard that she had already toured with the Cheetah Girls last year...is this right?
