hanging in there!

DH and i are on day 3 of induction and doing ok so far! we both stepped on the scale this morning, just for curiousity's sake and discovered that we've each lost 2 to 3 pounds! i know...not much, but every little bit helps! it inspires me to keep going.

the taste is beginning to creep into my mouth...blechy!!!! but i know that's a sign that it's working. at least i have my SF jello and reddi-whip to help keep it at bay!

Great Job, before you know it those two weeks will be over and you will be feeling great! Keep up the great work! Seeing those pounds start to come off is definately a great incentive!
