Hand Rails in Stairways

Do you use em or not? Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I should more often. Sometimes they creep me out, in public places.

I always use them because I'm accident prone.

I get up early and as not to wake DW, I often go downstairs in the dark. That's one of the times I'm a bannister guy

I use them *most* of the time because I always like to go down the stairs fast, yet I don't feel very coordinated. As soon as I can, I wash my hands.

With my multiple sclerosis, I have to use them, or else I'll fall down the stairs.

But I'm also a bit of an OCD handwasher. As soon as there's a sink, I'm all over it.

I always have to use handrails because of having knee surgery and also I am accident prone! I do make sure to wash my hands as soon as I can.
