which one? I've stayed at almost all the Hampton Inn's in the area. I'm just not sure which is referred to as Kissimee.

It's probably the Hampton Inn East or West. The West is near AK and the East is right off I-4. Both are typical Hampton Inns. The HIE is in the process of being renovated, so the bedding, carpets and some other stuff is new.
